Top 10 Tips for Selecting Wedding Suit

Unlike women, men are usually less fussy when it comes to clothing but you must spend time when buying a wedding suit. Choosing the right men’s wedding suit is an important part of the wedding planning. Groom’s wedding suits come with lots of different options of design, fabrication and colors. Wedding is indeed an important day in your entire life and every groom wants to appear in the best suit on their wedding day. Let’s look at some tips on how to choose a wedding suit –

·        Tip 1 - You must choose the wedding suit based on the wedding formality - formal or semi formal wedding.

·        Tip 2 – also keep in mind the venue for the wedding. You wouldn’t want to wear a formal Tuxedo for a beach wedding or a casual linen suit for a formal church wedding.

·        Tip 3 - choose a colour that suits your skin colour. Since most brides and grooms prefer to wear matching colors or colors that compliment your brides wedding outfit, discuss your colour options with you bride. The most commonly preferred colors in wedding suits are black, gray and white.

·        Tip 4 – Choose a design that suits your personality. Just because short jackets are the in thing doesn’t mean you get a short jacket made for yourself. You must choose a style that you are comfortable in.

·        Tip 5 – choose a cut that suits you. There are a lot of advantages of getting a tailor made suit. Not only can you choose the colour and the styling of your wedding suit, you can also dictate to the tailor the fit that you require. If you are a well built guy ask for a slim fitted wedding suit so you can make your sculpted physique more apparent. When choosing a cut, the most important thing to remember is that the whole wedding suit look should go well together you can’t have relaxed fit pants and a slim-fitting jacket.

·        Tip 6 – Pick a fabric that you are comfortable with – it’s your wedding day and you need to look and feel great. So it is very important you pick the right fabric for your suit and shirt. You must also consider the weather for a summer wedding, you must choose a light fabric and choose wool, cashmere blends for a winter wedding. With 1000s of fabric to choose from for your suits and 500+ fabric options in our white shirts alone you will have enough options when you get your wedding suit tailored with Bentex Suits.

·        Tip 8 – Add a little detail – there is nothing like a memory attached to your wedding suit. This will come handy after the wedding too, you will never forget your anniversary date and stay out of trouble with the Mrs. Not only this our Bespoke suits come with lot other features like pick edge stitching, arm shields, working button holes – visit our website to see the features that we offer - http://www.bentexsuits.com.au/bentex_suit_features.php?artId=2&tId=18&artId=2

  1. Thanks a lot for sharing these top 10 tips for choosing wedding suit. It is quite a difficult decision for brides and grooms to choose wedding attires but for men there aren’t many options as many brides have. We got married at outdoor wedding venues and bought designer gown but my hubby had hard time in finding perfect suit for him.
